District, and Riverdale District Democratic Clubs; National Associa-
tion of Independent Insurance Agents; Maryland Association of Inde-
pendent Insurance Agents; Prince George's-Montgomery County As-
sociation of Independent Insurance Agents; Independent Mutual
Association of Insurance Agents; Tri-State Mutual Agents Associa-
tion ; Prince George's County Chamber of Commerce. Unmarried. Mem-
ber of the House of Delegates since 1975.

EUGENE J. ZANDER, Democrat, District 19; born in two Rivers,
Wisconsin, October 23, 1903. Attended Wisconsin public schools; Uni-
versity of Wisconsin, B.A., M.A. Retired from The George Washing-
ton University. Member, Maryland Commission on Intergovernmental
Cooperation. Life member, National Education Association. Married.
Member of the House of Delegates since 1967.
