Chapter 786—Acts of 1969
An Act to propose an amendment to the Constitution of Maryland
by the addition of a new Section IA to Article XI-A, title "Local
Legislation," to follow immediately after Section I thereof, establish-
ing an alternate procedure for any county, to submit to its voters the
question of adopting charter form of government, and providing for
the submission of this amendment to the qualified voters of the State
of Maryland for their adoption or relection.
