AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 37 (a)
of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Local Licenses
and License Provisions," to submit the amendment to local referen-
dum, to allow the sale of alcoholic beverages in Barnesville, Mont-
gomery County, subject to a referendum.

the election districts in Montgomery County where issuance of

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 182 of
Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
edition), title "Queen Anne's County," subtitle "County Commis-
sioners," as last amended by Chapter 310 of the Acts of 1955, to
increase the number of County Commissioners to five and to provide
for their qualifications as to residence, the manner of their election,
and the manner of filling vacancies, and this act shall be subject
to Local Referendum and generally relating thereto.
