CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS
Chapter 363—Acts of 1972
An Act to withdraw and repeal Chapter 356 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1971 and to propose amendments to certain
sections of the Constitution of Maryland by repealing and re-enact-
ing, with amendments, Sections 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Article III, title
"Legislative Department," establishing the membership and the dis-
tricts for the election of members of the General Assembly and gen-
erally relating thereto, to provide for the manner of implementation
of this plan and making general provisions therefor, and providing
for the submission of this amendment to the qualified voters of the
State for their adoption or rejection.
