182 Appointed by the Board of County Commissioners for 6-year terms (Ch. 197, Acts
of 1961).
183 Consists of 20 members who include the Judge of the Circuit Court, the Division of
Juvenile Causes of the County, the Superintendent of Schools, the Director of Social Services,
and the County Health Officer or their representatives. Fourteen members appointed by the
Board of County Commissioners include a clergyman, a person conversant with labor prob-
lems, one with a knowledge of law enforcement, a woman, and ten school students, five of
whom must be females and five of whom males. The Director of the Washington County
Recreation and Park Board and the Youth Director of the Community Action Council serve
as ex officio members of the Commission (Ch. 207, Acts of 1972).
