95 Consists of 3 members originally appointed by the Board of County Commissioners for 4-year terms (Ch. 26, Acts of 1967). Members are now appointed by the County Executive subject to Council confirmation. 96 Consists of 10 members originally appointed by the Board of County Commissioners for 3-year terms. One member of the Board was a County Commissioner (Ch. 300, Acts of 1963). One member of the Board represents the County Council. 97 Consists of 9 members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners for 3-year terms. One member represents the Harford County Memorial Hospital, I the Citizens Nursing Home, I the Harford County Medical Association. The Deputy Health Officer of Harford County serves ex officio. The remaining 6 members are citizens of Harford County who have an interest in public health affairs. The Board of County Commissioners designated the Chairman (Ch. 62, Acts of 1971). "<•> The Board of Directors consists of 13 members initially appointed by the former Board of County Commissioners for staggered terms of 4 years. As the original terms expire, the Board elects the members. A member of the Board of County Commissioners, the Director of Social Services, a representative of the Board of Education, a medical doctor, and the County Health Officer served ex officio (Ch. 796, Acts of 1971). A member of the County Council now serves on the Board of Directors. |
