(Ch. 367, Acts of 1967).
33 Appointed by the Board of County Commissioners.
34 Consists of 7 members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners for 3-year
terms. The Authority consists of an elected official, a representative of a financial institution,
the Superintendent of Schools or his designee, the President of the Calvert County Economic
Development Corporation or his designee, a farmer, an owner, operator or manager of a
local commercial business, and a professional person. The Executive Director of the Economic
Development Corporation of Calvert County serves as an ex officio member (Ch. 143, Acts
of 1969).
