Baltimore, September 26, 1931. Attended Baltimore City parochial
schools. Served in the U.S. Marine Corps, 1952-1954. Member, Balti-
more City Democratic State Central Committee, 1970-73. Member,
Belair Road Democratic Club; Hamilton Democratic Club; Knights of
Columbus; Sons of Italy; Gardenville Football League; U.S.S.F.A.;
American Soccer League; Mason and Dixon Soccer League; Inter-
Collegiate Soccer Association. Married. Appointed to the House of
Delegates, September 17, 1973, vice John J. Kent, Jr., resigned.
RAYMOND M. FABY, Democrat, Baltimore City 3rd; born in
Baltimore, June 26, 1930. Attended McDonogh School; Western Mary-
