CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS
Chapter 245—Acts of 1967
An Act to propose an amendment to Article III of the Constitution
of Maryland, title "Legislative Department," by adding new Section
40D thereto providing for an optional procedure for the acquisition
of land and interest in land by the Board of County Commissioners
for Prince George's County for the construction or extension of county
roads and streets, except a dwelling, after payment to the owners
thereof or into court of such amount deemed by the condemning
authority as the fair value of said property.
