Ill, sec. 15). The Commission con- sists of (nine members of whom two were nominated by the President of the Senate and two by the Speaker of the House of Delegates. All members will serve until May 31, 1975, at which time terms will be for four years. Members of the General Assembly, and officers and employees of the Maryland State government or county, city and other governmental units of the State are not eligible for appoint- ment to the Commission.
