during World War II. Member, Baltimore County Council, 1966-70.

WALTER R. DEAN, JR., Democrat, Baltimore City 5th; born in
Baltimore, December 12, 1934. Attended Baltimore public schools;

CHARLES A. DOCTER, Democrat, Montgomery County 2nd; born
in Hamburg, Germany, August 6, 1931. Attended Cincinnati, Ohio,
public schools; Kenyon College, B.A., 1953; University of Chicago
Law School, J.D., 1956. Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1962. Served
in the U. S. Navy, 1956-69. Former president, Western Suburban
Democratic Club of Montgomery County. Member, B'nai B'rith. For-
mer executive board member, Montgomery County Civic Federation.

House of Delegates since 1967. Chairman, Montgomery and Prince

BERNARD W. DONOVAN, Democrat, Prince George's County 3rd;
