AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 37 (a) of
Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title
"Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Local Licenses and License Provi-
sions," to exclude Colesville (5th district) from the election districts
in Montgomery County where issuance of alcoholic beverages are
prohibited and providing for referendum thereon.

Prince George's County (1963 Edition and 1967 Supplement), being

Section 4-6 and to follow immediately after Section 4-5, and adding
a new section of the Montgomery County Code, 1965, being also
