STATE-WIDE REFERENDUM
Chapter 385.Acts of 1967
An Act to add new Sections 21 to 27, inclusive, to Article 49-B of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume and 1966
Supplement), title "Interracial Commission," to follow immediately
after Section 20 thereof and to be under the new subtitle "Discrimi-
nation in Housing," prohibiting certain forms of discrimination in this
State based upon race, color, religious creed, national origin or ances-
try with respect to housing and generally prohibiting discrimination
in the sale, lease, rental or financing of housing units or housing
accommodations and giving the enforcement of these prohibitions to
the Commission on Interracial Problems and Relations.
