a conciliation court similar to that in California which has been highly successful. The
plan has been approved by the Supreme Bench of Baltimore City and the rules have been
published, in the Daily Record. Financing the project Is in process and when that has
been completed, the court will be In full operation in conjunction with the Circuit Court
No. 2 of Baltimore City wherein domestic matters are processed and heard,

remaining members are elected by the Model Cities Community.
68 Composed of 8 members, 7 appointed by specific Institutions with the consent of the
Mayor and City Council tor 4-year terms, 1 ex officio.
