58 Composed of 7 members appointed by the Mayor for staggered 5 year terms. 59 Composed of 6 members appointed by the Mayor for 3-year staggered terms. 60 Composed of 7 members, 8 appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council for 4-year terms, 4 ex officio. 61 Consists of 5 members. One represents the Baltimore Museum of Art and I the Bal- timore Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. One must be a professional engineer, I an artist or teacher of art, and I represents the general public. Members serve 4-year terms. A member of the Department of Public Works also serves ex officio. 62 Appointed by the Mayor for 6-year terms. The Mayor, the City Solicitor and the Chairman of the Civil Service Commission serve ex officio. 63 Consists of 11 members appointed by the Mayor for 5-year terms (Ordinance 229, May 1864), The Commission selects the Executive Secretary. 64 Consists of 18 members (Res. 787, 1965), This Commission win put Into operation a conciliation court similar to that in California which has been highly successful. The plan has been approved by the Supreme Bench of Baltimore City and the rules have been published, in the Daily Record. Financing the project Is in process and when that has been completed, the court will be In full operation in conjunction with the Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City wherein domestic matters are processed and heard, 65 Established by Executive Order in June 1960.
