Chamber of Commerce and 2 members appointed by the Governor upon the recommenda-
tion of the Senator and member of the House of Delegates from Garrett County The
Governor designates the Chairman and the Vice Chairman. The members of the Board of
County Commissioners, the State Senator from District 1A. and the member of the House
of Delegates from Garrett County serve as ex officio members of the Commission The
Commisslon is to report on or before February 1, 1970 (Oh 580 Acts of 1969)
