medical research. Former chairman, Prince George's County Council
on Human Relations. Member, Prince George's County N.A.A.C.P.;
Prince George's County A.C.L.U. Member of the House of Delegates

MARTIN A. KIRCHER, Democrat, Baltimore 3rd; born in Balti-
more, June 25, 1930. Attended Baltimore parochial schools; Baltimore
City College; Ohio State University; Syracuse University; University
of Baltimore; University of Baltimore School of Law, LL.B., 1958.
