in Hamburg, Germany, August 5, 1931. Attended Cincinnati, Ohio,

Law School, J.D., 1956. Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1962. Served
in the U. S. Navy, 1956-59. Former president, Western Suburban
Democratic Club of Montgomery County. Member, B'nai B'rith. For-

WILLIAM L. DONALDSON, Republican, Washington County;
