It will be obvious to every reader of the MARYLAND MANUAL
that a book of this kind can never be wholly accurate on the date it
appears. The very last changes were made in proof on December 15,
1965. But at that time many sections of the book were already being
printed. Therefore, while some of the text is believed to be accurate
up to that date, other parts of the book, for example the Legislative
Section, are accurate only through November 15, 1965. The reader of
the following will please take this fact into consideration.

p. 65 The State Scholarship Board has moved to 2100 Guilford Ave-
nue, Baltimore, 21218.

p. 66 Under Maryland School for the Deaf, add the following to the
Board of Visitors: Daniel W. Moylan, Alton Y. Bennett, and
Henry Demain.

p. 67 Under the Board of Regents and State Board of Agriculture,
read Richard W. Case, 1970.

p. 69 The telephone number of the Maryland State College-Division
of the University of Maryland is now 651-2200.

mental Hygiene, in place of Robert M. Brown.

staff members:

Pasquale Pannagio, Jr., Assistant State Director, Fiscal and
Administrative Services.

The Department is now located at 1315 St. Paul Street, Bal-
timore 21202.

p. 94 Under Maryland Children's Center, Eugene Meyer III, M.D.,
1969, is now President of the Advisory Board. In place of

of Peter P. Lejins, Ph.D., 1965, read Vacancy, 1971.
