ness, Talbot County, in 1780. Married Mary Clare Maccubbin. Died in
Talbot County, July II, 1831. Buried in Talbot County.
Thomas King Carroll, Anti-Jackson, 1830-1831. Born at Kingston
Hall, Somerset County, April 29, 1793. Roman Catholic. Married Juli-
anna Stevenson. Died October 3, 1783.
George Howard, Anti-Jackson, 1831-1833. Born at Belvedere, Balti-
more County, November 21, 1789. Married Prudence Gough Ridgely.
Died at Waverly, Baltimore County, August 2, 1846.'

Enoch Louis Lowe, Democrat, 1851-1854. Born in Frederick County,
August 10, 1820. Roman Catholic. Married Esther Winder Polk. Died
in Brooklyn, N. Y., August 23, 1892. Buried in Frederick.

Episcopal Church Cemetery, Ellicott City.
Thomas Holliday Hicks, Native American, 1858-1862. Born in Dor-
chester County, September 2, 1798. Methodist. Married Anna Thomp-
son. Died in Washington, D. G„ February 13, 1865. Buried in Cam-
bridge Cemetery.
