Hill, January 19, 1911. Attended Golden Hill public schools; Strayer
Business College. Farmer and engaged in timber business. Member,

since 1963.
LeROY B. SPURRIER, Democrat, Baltimore County; born in
Finksburg, Carroll County, July 23, 1920. Attended Carroll County
public schools. Real estate broker and engaged in operation of public
transportation. Member, Baltimore County Democratic State Central
Committee since 1962. Member, 4th District Democratic Club. Past
president, Baltimore County Taxicab Association. Member, Elks;
