CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS

Chapter 14.Acts of 1959

An Act to propose an amendment to Section II of Article V of the
Constitution of Maryland, title "Attorney General and State's Attor-
neys," sub-title "State's Attorneys," amending the constitutional pro-
visions concerning the filling of vacancies in the office of State's Attor-
neys to clarify the language with respect to the filling of a vacancy
in a county not having a resident judge.
