Mass., March 7, 1896. Attended Clinton public schools. Accountant.
Served as sergeant in Medical Department during World War I.

CHARLES PANUSKA, Democrat, Baltimore 2nd; born in Baltimore,
August 8, 1904. Attended Baltimore public schools. Foreman, Bethle-
hem Shipbuilding Co. President, IMUSWA #33, Federal Credit
Union. Member, Board of Governors, Young Men's Democratic Club,
2nd District. Financial secretary, 1st Bohemian Democratic Club, 7th
Ward. Member, Czech-American Civic Association. Married. Member
of the House of Delegates since 1959.

RALPH W. PARKS, Democrat, Somerset County; born at Tangier,
Va., August 28, 1916. Attended Crisfield public schools. Merchant.

Pocomoke City, Worcester County, January 8, 1885. Attended Crisfield
