Chapter 42—Acts of 1954

An Act to propose an amendment to Section 22 of Article 3 of the Con-
stitution of Maryland providing that the salary of the Secretary of State
may be fixed by the General Assembly.

Chapter 53—Acts of 1954

An Act to propose an amendment to the Constitution of Maryland by
adding a new Article to be known as Article 11-E, title "Municipal Cor-
porations," prohibiting the General Assembly to enact local laws relating
to municipalities with certain exceptions.
