CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS
Chapter 626—Acts of 1955
An Act to propose an amendment to Section 11 of Article 2 of the Con-
stitution of Maryland, title "Executive Department", providing that
recess appointments of civil officers of the State shall be returned on the
first day of the next REGULAR session of the Senate of Maryland for its
adoption or rejection.

An Act to propose an amendment to Section 52 (3) of Article 3 of the
Constitution of Maryland, title "Legislative Department", REQUIRING
THE GOVERNOR TO SUBMIT THE BUDGET TO THE GENERAL
