6. CIVIL DEFENSE AGENCY
Administration and Organization
The General Fund Appropriation for matching
purposes on page 16 of the printed bill is
hereby reduced from $150,000 to $50,000 and
the corresponding totals are reduced from
$181,898 to $81,898 and from $252,831 to
$152,831, respectively, and the sum of $100,-
000 is transferred to the Annuity Bond Ac-
count to provide for a reduction in the pro-
posed real estate tax rate.
7. STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION
Aid to Education
Equalization Aid
The General Fund Appropriation on page 47 of
the printed bill is reduced from $13,650,007
to $13,530,210 and the total General Fund
Appropriation of $31,724,632 shown on page
48 of the printed bill is correspondingly re-
duced and $119,797 is hereby transferred to
the Annuity Bond Account to provide for a
reduction in the proposed real estate tax rate.
Incentive Fund for School Construction
The General Fund Appropriation on page 47 of
the printed bill is reduced from $1,254,577 to
$1,231,379 and the total General Fund Appro-
priation of $31,724,632 shown on page 48 of
the printed bill is correspondingly reduced
and $23,198 is hereby transferred to the
Annuity Bond Account to provide for a re-
duction in the proposed real estate tax rate.
