SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 2— FISCAL YEAR 1954

General Assembly of Maryland

To become available immediately upon the passage of

this budget, to supplement appropriations for the

fiscal year 1953, for expenses of members incident to

the 1953 legislative session, not to exceed $600 per

member less any amounts appropriated in accordance

with Sections 1 and 3 of Article 40 of the Annotated

Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), to be paid on signed

expense accounts submitted by the Members to the

State Comptroller:

In addition to appropriations shown on page 4 of the

printed bill, for expenses of members incident to the

1954 legislative session, not to exceed $200 per member

less any amounts appropriated in accordance with

Sections 1 and 3 of Article 40 of the Annotated Code

of Maryland (1951 Edition), to be paid on signed
expense accounts submitted by the Members to the

State Comptroller; for a Doorkeeper to Senate Judi-
cial Proceedings Committee at $8.00 per diem; for a

Clerk to House Claims Committee at $10.00 per diem;

and a Secretary to the House Alcoholic Beverages

Committee at $10.00 per diem.
