Grace, the Tome School at Port Deposit, 1928-32, the University of
Delaware 1932-34, and the Law School of the University of Maryland,
graduating in 1937. Attorney. Trial Magistrate at Havre de Grace,
1944-1946. Member Board of Library Trustees, Harford County,

March 20, 1901. Attended Kent County Public Schools. Plumbing and
electrical contractor. Married. Elected to the House of Delegates in

HUGH A. KENNEDY, Democrat, Baltimore 6th; born in Baltimore,
November 12, 1893. Attended St. Andrew's Private School, Baltimore,
and the University of Baltimore. Merchant tailor. Member of Demo-
cratic State Central Committee since 1942 and Chairman 1946-1949.

JULIAN P. KING, Republican, Montgomery County; bom at Wood-
field, December 5, 1903. Attended the public schools of Montgomery
County. Manager automotive repair shop. Married. Elected to the
House of Delegates in 1946.
CHESTER G. KOSAKOWSKI, Democrat, Baltimore 1st; born in Balti-
more July 6, 1915. Attended parochial and public schools in
Baltimore. Graduated from Baltimore City College in 1933 and from
University of Maryland School of Pharmacy in 1937. Employed in
Comptroller's Office. Married. Elected to the House of Delegates in
1938.
RICHARD E. LANKFORD, Democrat, Anne Arundel County; born at
Wilmington, Delaware, July 22, 1914. Attended the University of
Virginia, graduating in 1937, and the University of Maryland Law
School, graduating in 1940. Admitted to the Bar in 1940. Served
in the U. S. Naval Reserve as Ensign and Lieutenant 1942-1946.
Married. Appointed to the House of Delegates in 1948.
