of whom shall be known as Special Attorney for the State Accident
Fund. He also appoints the Special Assistant Attorney General for
the Unemployment Compensation Board.

The Attorney General and his Assistants, in addition to the per-
formance of the duties now or hereafter prescribed by the Constitution
and Laws of this State, are required to act as counsel to all of the
officials of Baltimore City appointed by the Governor and all Boards,
Commissions, Departments, Offices or Institutions of the State Govern-
ment, except the Public Service Commission, the County Boards of
Supervisors of Elections, Boards of School Commissioners and other
county boards or officers of the respective counties of the State.
