CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT
(Chapter 463—1935)
Amendment to repeal Section 36 of Article 111 of the State Constitution,
prohibiting the General Assembly from authorizing a lottery, the purpose of
this amendment being to permit the General Assembly to authorize lotteries
in the State.
