Commission to have supervision over the Maryland-Washington-
Metropolitan District to be appointed by the Governor subject to con-
firmation by the Board of County Commissioners of the county of
which appointee shall be a resident and to consist of six members
of whom three shall be residents and taxpayers of that portion of
the District within Montgomery County and three to be residents
and taxpayers of that portion within Prince George's County. The
Chairman of The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission shall
be ex-officio a member of this commission and charged to the allot-
ment of the county of which he shall be a resident. The first appoint-
ments shall be made on or before May 1st, 1927, for terms of four
