VACANCIES IN BOARDS OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS are to
be filled by the Governor if during the session of the
Legislature, to be by and with advice and consent of
the Senate; if not, appointment to be sent to Senate
within thirty days. Acts 0^1880, Ch. 210.
VACANCIES IN HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES shall be
filled by special election on proclamation of the Gover-
nor. Art. 5, Sec. 74. Revised Code.
