Riots.

comprehending the truth of the whole matter, with the certainty of the
time, palce, and other circumstances of the Fact or Riot, together with
the certainty of hte names of the Rioters; as also of the names of such
who by maintenance, embracery, or otherwise, were any impediment to
the finding thereof, with their several misdemeanors:  which Certificate
or Letter is to be directed and sent by the said Justices of peace and Sheriff
or Under-sheriff, into the Star Chamber or Kings Bench, &c. within
