octavo tent' edit' inter' cætera continentur, Quod si aliqua persona, sive aliquæ
personæ, de aliquibus terris aut tenementis manu forti expuls. seu disseisit' vel
pacifice expellat' & postea manu forti extra teneatur, vel aliquod Feoffament'
vel Discontinuas inde post talem Ingressum ad jus possessoris defraudandum
& toltendum alliquo modo fiat, habeat in hac parte pars gravata versus talem
Deseisitor' Assisam, vel Actionem Transgress. & si pars gravata per Assisam
vel per Actionem Transgress. recuperet, vel per Veredictum vel aliquo alio modo
per debit.  Legis formam inveniatur, quod pars Defendens in terris & tenementis
