Conditions of Recognizance.

Haggar Armigeris, Just' dicti Dom' Regis ad Pacem in dicto Com' conservand'
assign' & assumpsit pro seipso sub pœna
200 l. & H. C. & I. S. de eisd'
Villa & Com' Husbandmen tunc & ibidem in propriis personis suis similiter
venerunt, & manuceperunt pro prefato
N. G. viz. uterq; eorum separatim sub
pœna cent' librar', quod idem
N. G. personaliter comparebit coram Just' dicti
Dom' Regis ad Pacem, &c. ad prox' general' Session' Pacis in Com' pred' tenend',
ad faciend & recipiend' quod ei per Cur' tunc & ibidem injungeter:
Et quod ipse interim se bene geret erga Dom' Regem & cunct' popul' suum, &
precipue erga
I. B. de C. &c. sc. quod ipse non inferet, nec inferri procurabit,
per se nec per alios, damnum aliquod seu gravamen prefato
I. B. seu alicui de populo
ipsius Dom' Regis, de corporibus suis per insidias, insultus, seu aliquo alio
modo, quod in lœsionem sei perturbation.  Pacis dicti Dom' Regis cedere valeat
quovis modo.  Quas quidem separales summas, &c. ut supra.

Or by a Recognizance, with this Condition subscribed or indorsed.

    THE Condition of this Recognizance is such, That if the above bounden
R. G. shall personally appear before the Justices of our Sovereign
Lord the King at the next general Sessions of the Peace to be holden in
the County of C. to do and receive that which by the Court shall be then
and there injoyned him, and that in the mean time he be of Good Behaviour,
and do keep the Peace of our said Soevereign Lord the King, towards
his Majesty and all his Liege People, that then, &c.
 

Or thus.

    COnditio Recognitionis pred' talis est, Quod si pred' N. G. imposter' se
bene geret, & Pacem Dom' Regis conservabit erga dict' Dom' Regem, &
cunct' popul' suum, quod tunc Recognitio pred' pro nullo teneatur, alioquin in

    Note, That all Bonds, Obligations and Recognizances, that shall be
taken by any Justice of Peace (or any other person) for any cause touching
the King, must be made and taken in his name, and by these words,
