Precedents of Supersedeas.

at the least, and the one being of the Quorum; nevertheless for that I
find the old Precedents to run in the name of one Justice of Peace alone,
I have drawn these accordingly, perswading notwithstanding the joyning
of two Justices herein, and the one of the Quorum, if they may conveniently.
