MARYLAND MANUAL. 23

The Attorney-General and his Assistants, in addition to the perform-
ance of the duties now or hereafter prescribed by the Constitution and
Laws of this State, are required to act as counsel to all of the officials
of Baltimore City appointed by the Governor and all Boards, Commis-
sions, Departments, Offices or Institutions of the State government
except the Public Service Commission, the County Boards of Super-
visors of Elections, Boards of School Commissioners and other county
boards or officers of the respective counties of the State.
