CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT

(Amending Sections 2 and 3 of Article VI) Proposed by Chapter 133
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1929; con-
fers upon the Legislature power to authorize deputies employed
in the Treasury Department, to sign, counte'rsign and grant war-
rants, and to sign, countersign and issue checks for the with-
drawal of funds from the Treasury of the State under regula-
tions prescribed by the Legislature.
