100 MARYLAND MANUAL.

In Prince George's County, the licensing is controlled by a Board
of Beer License Commissioners, appointed by the Governor with the
advice and consent of the Senate when in session, and the members of
the Board are as follows:

In Baltimore City the subject is regulated by Chapter 491 of the
Acts of 1933. This chapter provides for a Board of Licensing Commis-
sioners, appointed by the Governor, with the advice and consent of the
Senate, and the members of the Board, whose terms are for two years
each, are as follows:

MARYLAND PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS UNDER NATIONAL
RECOVERY ACT

As soon as this law was passed by Congress and signed by the
President, Governor Ritchie appointed the Maryland Public Works Com-
mittee, whose duty it is to recommend projects to the Federal Govern-
ment to be financed from the Federal appropriation in accordance with
the terms thereof.
