amount due him, after deducting therefrom all charges the col-
lector may have against such juror.

203. The clerk of the Circuit Court shall furnish each juror
with an order for the amount of his per diem and mileage.
JUSTICES OF THE PEACE AND CONSTABLES.
204. There shall be the following number of justices of the peace
and constables for Washington county, to wit: for election dis-
trict number one, two justices of the peace and tw,o constables; for
election district number two, three justices of the peace and three
constables; for election district number three, four justices of
the peace and four constables; for election district number four,
two justices of the peace and two constables; for election district
number five, three justices of the peace and two constables, one
of which justices shall always be taken from the town of Han-
cock; for election district number six, two justices of the peace
and two constables; for election district number seven, two
justices of the peace and two constables; for election district
number eight, two justices of the peace and two constables; for
election district number nine, two justices of the peace and two
constables; for election district number ten, two justices of the
peace and two constables; for election 'district number eleven,
two justices of the peace and two constables; for election district
number twelve, two justices of the peace and two constables; for
election district number thirteen, two justices of the peace and
two constables.
205. All constables in said county shall be entitled to receive,
in addition to the fee of fifty cents, six and a fourth cents per
mile for every mile they have to travel after the first five miles,
to deliver over to the jailer of said county any person committed
thereto.

206. Whenever any constable shall find it necessary to summon
any person to aid and assist in taking to jail any person com-
mitted thereto, he shall summon a constable, if there is any one
convenient; and whenever a constable, or any other person,
shall be summoned for that purpose, he shall be allowed fifty
cents for his services, to be taxed in the costs against the party
committed.
