election district, number five, two justices of the peace and two
constables; for election district number six, four justices of the
peace and four constables; for election district number seven,
two justices of the peace and one constable; for election district
number eight, two justices of the peace and one constable; for
election district number nine, two justices of the peace and two
constables; for election district number ten, one justice of the
peace and one constable; for election district number eleven,
two justices of the peace and one constable; for election district
number twelve, two justices of the peace and two constables;

for election district number thirteen, two justices of the peace
and two constables; for election district number fourteen, two
justices of the peace and two constables; for election district
number fifteen, one justice of the peace and one constable.

66. A judgment of a justice of the peace for said county for
fifty dollars or upwards shall be a lien on the real estate of the
defendant lying in said county, to all intents and purposes, from
the time when a short copy thereof shall have been filed and
recorded in the office of the clerk of the Circuit Court for said
county.

67. The said clerk shall keep a separate record book, with an
index stating doubly the names of the plaintiff and defendant,
and shall be entitled to twenty-five cents for filing, recording
and indexing every such copy of a judgment.

68. He may, on application of the plaintiff in such judgment,
issue execution thereon, directed to the sheriff and returnable
before the Circuit Court for said county, in the same manner as
if the said judgment had been obtained in said court, and shall
be entitled to his usual fees for such service.

LUMBER INSPECTION IN SALISBURY.

69. The Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the
Senate, shall biennially appoint three or more suitable persons
as inspectors and measurers of lumber and corders of fire wood
for the town of Salisbury and at Tony Tank and their vicinities,
whose duty it shall be, when called on by any seller or pur-
chaser of lumber or fire wood, to measure and inspect the same.

70. The said inspectors shall make such deductions on all
lumber and fire wood for mildews, bad, hollow or rotten knots,
