ALMS-SOUSE.

SECTION 1. The county commissioners of Somerset county shall,
on the first Tuesday of April in each year, or at their first meeting
thereafter, appoint three persons to be styled " Trustees of the
Poor for Somerset county," one of whom shall be a resident of
the old upper district, one of the old middle district, and one of
the old lower district of said county, any two of whom shall be
a quorum to transact business, and they shall continue in office
until their successors shall be appointed and shall have quali-
fied.
