TRESPASS.

180. If any person residing out of this State shall commit any
trespass whatever upon the lands within Prince George's county
with dog or gun, and shall not immediately leave said premises
upon notice from the owner or occupant thereof, such person
shall, upon conviction before a justice of the peace for said
county, be fined not less than ten nor more than twenty dollars,
in the discretion of the justice, and in default of payment may
be committed to the county jail until the payment of fine and
costs; and the said justice may also in his discretion hold the
offender to bail for his appearance before the next Circuit Court
for said county, and upon presentment and conviction before said
court, the offender may be confined in the county jail for not less
than ten nor more than thirty days, in the discretion of the
court.

181. The sheriff and constables of Prince George's county, upon
complaint made, shall arrest any person violating the provisions
of the preceding section.

WEIGHTS AND MEASURES.

182. The keeper of the standards of weights and measures, in
Prince George's county, shall receive an annual salary of eighty
dollars.
