ALMS-HOUSE.

SECTION 1. The provisions of the code of local law, article Anne
Arundel county, in relation to the alms-house of Anne Arundel
county, apply to Howard county and the alms-house of Howard
county.

CIRCUIT COURT.

2. There shall be two terms of the Circuit Court for Howard
county, held at Ellicott's Mills, in said county, on the third Mon-
day of March and the first Monday of September in each year.
