ART. 80.] REPORTER—STATE. 553

ARTICLE LXXX.

Reporter-State.

SEC. 1. The State Reporter shall be appointed by the judges of

the Court of Appeals, and shall hold his office for four years,

unless sooner removed by the said judges, and shall be styled

" The State Reporter," and shall be re-eligible thereto from time

j to time.

2. He shall receive an annual salary of five hundred dollars.

3. He shall report all cases argued and determined in the
Court of Appeals, as soon as possible after the close of each
session of the court.

4. Bach volume of the Reports shall contain at least six hun-
dred pages, and shall be printed on good paper, with clear type,
and in size, form, quality of materials, and quantity of matter
per page, shall correspond as nearly as possible with the four-
teenth volume of the New Hampshire Reports, published by
Messrs. McParland & Jenks, in the year eighteen hundred and
fifty-one, and shall be sold at a price not exceeding five dollars
per volume, substantially bound, or four dollars and a half in
paper, and shall be printed, published and bound at the expense
of the Reporter, who shall be entitled to the copy-right of the
volumes.

5. The State shall take two hundred copies of each volume of
said Reports, delivered at the State Library.
