53. A copy of any of the books, papers, entries or proceed-
ings in the custody of or in the office of the Secretary of State
under his seal of office, shall be evidence.
54. A copy of any of the books, papers, entries and pro-
ceedings of the Treasury attested by the Treasurer, shall be
evidence.
55. A copy of any of the books, papers, entries and proceed-
ings belonging to the office of the Comptroller attested by the
Comptroller, shall be evidence.
56. Copies or transcripts of manifests or other entries from the
books of inspectors of tobacco, certified under the hand and seal
of the inspector and verified by his affidavit to be true and accu-
rate copies from the original in his possession, and to contain the
entire entries or subject matters in reference to which such tran-
scripts are required, shall be evidence.
57. All copies of any books, papers, entries and proceedings in
the custody of the keeper of the records of the court of chancery
certified under his seal of office, shall be evidence.
58. Copies of any record in the custody of any of the clerks
of the courts of law or equity or Register of Wills, certified by
such clerk or register, under the seal of his office, shall be evi-
dence; and all judgments and decrees, deeds, and other papers
and proceedings required by law to be recorded, shall be con-
sidered records within the meaning of this section.
59. Copies of judgments decrees or other judicial proceedings
not required to be recorded made by any of the clerks from the
papers, docket entries and minutes of the court certified by such
clerk under the seal of his office, shall be evidence.
