144 CONVEYANCING. [ART. 24.

Form of Mortgage of Personal Property.

64. I, ————, of ———— county, Maryland, being now indebted
to ———— of ———— county, in the sum of ———— dollars, with
interest from ————, in consideration thereof, do hereby bargain
and sell to the said ————, the following property, (here describe
property.) Provided, that if I, the said ————, shall pay to the
