The Second. District is composed of Harford, Carroll and Balti-
more Counties and the Fifteenth, Sixteenth, Twenty-sixth, Twenty-
seventh and Twenty-eighth and the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth,
Sixth and Seventh Precincts of the Twenty-fifth Ward of Baltimore City.

The Third District is composed of the First, Second, Third, Fourth,
Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth and. Twenty-second Wards, and the
Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh, Twelfth and Thirteenth Precincts of the Eigh-
teenth Ward of Baltimore City.

The Fourth District is composed of the Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh),
Twelfth, Thirteenth, Fourteenth, Seventeenth, Nineteenth and Twen-
tieth Wards, and the First, Second and Third Precincts of the Eigh-
teenth Ward of Baltimore City.

The Fifth District is composed of the Twenty-first, Twenty-third
and Twenty-fourth Wards, the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth,
Fourteenth, Fifteenth and Sixteenth Precincts of the Eighteenth
Ward, and the Eighth, Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh, Twelfth and Thirteenth
Precincts of the Twenty fifth Ward of Baltimore City, and St. Mary's,
Charles, Calvert, Prince George's, Anne Arundel and Howard Counties.

The Sixth District is composed of Allegany, Garrett, Washington,
Frederick and Montgomery Counties.
