STATUTES.

    A remedy against those that indict others of
felony committed in a place where there is none
such.--Process against makers, &c. of false deeds.
NOTES.

    This statute was continued by 9 Hen. 5, Ch. 1,
and made perpetual by 18 Hen. 6, Ch. 12--but
there is nothing to shew or induce a belief that it
extended to the province.  The last part was repealed
by 5 Eliz. Ch. 14.
