given in 4 Com. Digest, title Justices of Peace B.
9, as follows:
    " On complaint that felons or rioters are fled,
witnessed under the seal of two justices of peace
and the sheriff, that the common same runs of such
riots, the chancellor shall send out a capias and a
writ of proclamation, and if not then taken, they
shall be attaint.  It was made perpetual by 8 Hen.
6, Ch. 14, but never extended to the province.
