to the province.
    In 1722, there was an information against E.
W. for scandalous words against R. T. keeper
of the great seal, which was demurred to, and the 
demurrer allowed.  There were other prosecutions
for scandalous words, and several for seditious
speeches, some of which were under an act of
assembly.
